- Responsible for identifying, developing, exploring and expanding income generation opportunities.
- Maintain existing customer relationships, establish new ones.
- Proactively manage Client/outsourced staff relationships in the most efficient and effective way.
- Develop & nurture a network in the assigned region, which will be of potential financial value to the organization.
- Coordinating the Operational Desk of the Region which includes On-boarding, Documentation and Uploading of new staff information.
- First degree in Business Administration or any related course.
- M.Sc / MBA / Post graduate degrees
- Minimum 7 years experience in Sales and Operations in similar industry or closely related with an understanding of Sales, Administrative and Operational processes.
N200,000 - N250,000 Monthly.
