    Responsibilities

  • Be an active part of a team of agile and entrepreneurial colleagues towards achieving the organisation's objectives
  • Create, develop and exploit commercial opportunities to increase the company’s income through existing and new clients
  • Constantly appraise executive management of the commercial activity, market opportunities, status, trends and business developments.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality throughout: on current business activities, short-long term plans, proposals under scrutiny and any other activity related to the business;
  • Drafting and reviewing contracts as well as following up on business pitches
  • Research potential new clients in relevant sectors
  • Identify and approach senior decision-makers within client organisations 
  • Build the pipeline of qualified leads for the company through channels such as LinkedIn, email, existing network of contacts, campaigns, phone, social media and events
  • Arrange appointments with potential clients for the CEO/senior managers and follow up throughout the process
  • Achieve the monthly/quarterly lead generation and set  targets
  • Prepare briefing notes for CEO/senior managers before member pitch meetings
  • Maintain a sales and marketing dashboard on key metrics and report weekly on KPIs
  • Prepare case studies, credentials, presentations, PR communications and marketing
  • Support in organizing company and client-led events
  • Attend relevant networking/PR events
  • Requirements

  • A degree in Business Management or a similar qualification
  • At least three years’ experience in a Commercial and Business Management role
  • Organized, meticulous, and confident;
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to innovate, change or transform ideas into opportunities
  • Stakeholder management skills
  • Multitasking capabilities 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent business acumen.
  • Good computer (Microsoft Office) Skills
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Demonstrated business development and financial skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of overall team structure
  • Experience with design and implementation of business development strategy
  • An excellent communicator that motivates and empowers others to stretch themselves and reach high goals
